Independence Day Celebration – Wheaton Park District
Wheaton – July 3-4
The evening’s event will include lawn games, concessions, DJ, and giveaways. A local scout troop will provide a flag ceremony in Graf Park before the fireworks show. No alcoholic beverages, sparklers, or smoke bombs will be permitted in the park.
Barrington Fourth of July Parade
Barrington – July 3, 10:00am
This year’s theme is “Barrington Looks Forward.” Barrington is home to so many wonderful businesses, neighborhoods, charitable organizations, churches, sports teams, riding clubs, dancers and musicians, and we look forward to having many of these groups participate.
Cantigny’s Family Concert – Miss Jamie’s Farm

Miss Jamie’s Farm is a popular music show for young kids and their families, sharing values from life down on the farm through songs both new and familiar. Sing, dance, laugh and learn with Miss Jamie and her farm puppet friends!
Palatine Jaycees Fourth of July 4-Hometown Fest
July 2- 5, Palatine Community Park
Since 1957, the Palatine Jaycees have proudly partnered with the Village of Palatine and Palatine Park District to host Hometown Fest, Palatine’s Fourth of July Celebration. The festival includes live bands, food vendors, carnival, business expo and craft fair, bags tournament, bingo, 50/50 raffle, Family Day and many other family activities.
