Penguin Encounter – Shedd Aquarium

Meet one of Shedd’s penguins! During this 30-minute experience you will be right next to the action. Discover what makes these birds so amazing! During this Extraordinary Experience you will see the penguin explore, preen, play with toys, perch and gulp fish.
Frosty Fest – Red Oak Nature Center

Just because the holidays are over doesn’t mean you can’t still celebrate winter! Red Oak will be hosting its 3rd Frosty Fest event! Hike on one of our self-guided trails like the Illuminated Snowflake Trail where you can use your senses to explore winter.
Saturday Stories – Elmhurst Public Library

Join us for stories, music, and movement, just right for families to share together. Live in-person. Registration with an EPL card required. Register for each monthly series. Attendees over 2 years of age are required to wear masks at in-person events.
