Taste of Glen Ellyn

The Taste of Glen Ellyn takes place in the heart of downtown Glen Ellyn. The annual event features live entertainment, a community stage and a back-to-school celebration.

 


Try Figure Skating – Triphahn Center

Saturday, August 14, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
New to figure skating? Experience a group lesson for FREE! Girls and boys, ages 3-12 years, learn in a group setting. Skate rental is free. Skaters should wear a bike helmet. Free, but please register.

 


Bugapalooza – Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum

Sunday, August 15, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
No backbone? No problem! Meet all of our invertebrate friends at this annual celebration of bugs! Stop by a bug zoo to interact with native spider species, check out insect specimens up close and nerd out with our entomologist.

 


Chicago Dogs vs. Kansas City Monarchs – Impact Field
