How many hours in the day are your children in front of a screen? Here are the guidelines by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Canadian Society of Pediatrics for the recommended time of exposure:
Infants up to two years old: Zero exposure to technology
From ages 3-5 years: One hour per day
From ages 6-18 years: Two hours per day
