Free — There is no admission charge. Purchases are cash only. Farmhouse Tours, Used Book Sale, Music by The Six Strings Kings, Old-Fashioned Games, Apple Cider Donuts from Gourmet Goodies, Milk Maggie the mechanical cow and more.

 

 


Fall Fest – Northwest Covenant Church
September 14 in Mount Prospect

Join us for an old fashioned pig roast and BBQ. There will be fun and games for the kids. Live music for the whole family featuring Indie Kids Band, Isabella Maria, and Waxworks. Our special guest will be the Good Humor truck. All ages are welcome.

 

 

 


Fermilab Natural Areas Saturday Habitat Workday
September 14 in Batavia

Join our site ecologist for a Saturday workday on the beautiful grounds of Fermilab. Start time is 8:00 am -10:00am. Meet at the Lederman Education Center parking lot NE corner. Bring a driver’s license to show to security. Dress for the weather. Sturdy shoes and long pants are advised.

 

 

 


Fallapalooza – Heritage Park Performance Pavilion
September 15 in Wheeling

Enjoy an autumn afternoon with family and friends. Live music by “Mike Zabrin’s Funktastic” plus fun activities like a petting zoo, pony rides, inflatables and hayrides. Food and refreshments are also available for purchase. FREE admission.
