Frontier Days
June 30 to July 4 in Arlington Heights
The five-day festival at Recreation Park, 500 E. Miner St., also features a beer and wine garden, food, bingo, family activities, carnival rides, pony rides, a petting zoo, and an arts and crafts marketplace. Admission is free.

Eyes to the Skies Festival
June 29 – July 3 in Lisle
The Annual 35th Lisle Eye’s to the Skies Balloon Festival is Chicagoland’s favorite family event offering daily morning and evening hot air balloon launches, three nights of fireworks, a huge children’s area, over 50 food vendors, craft show, a great carnival plus much more!
Independence Day Celebration – Ty Warner Park
July 4 in Westmont
They will be lighting up the skies with bigger and better fireworks than ever before! The family fun begins at 4:00pm at their old-fashioned Independence Day Celebration.
